The School of the Art Institute of Chicago participates in several national surveys, including:

Cooperative Institutional Research Program (CIRP Freshman)

This survey is designed to be administered to incoming first-year students before they start classes at your institution. The instrument collects extensive information that allows for a snapshot of what your icoming students are like before they experience college.

National Survey of Student Engagement (NSSE)

The National Survey of Student Engagement is designed to obtain, on an annual basis, information from scores of college and universities nationwide about student participation in programs and activities that institutions provide for their learning and personal development. The results provide an estimate of how undergraduates spend their time and what they gain from attending college.

The Outcomes Survey

The Outcomes Survey is the National Standard in college graduate career outcomes data collection. SAIC asks all soon-to-graduate students, and recent graduates, to complete the survey and periodically update it in the year following graduation.
