Submitting Documents
SAIC's Student Financial Services office has several convenient ways to submit documents requested for financial aid and student account processing. Please do not submit sensitive documents by email! (Sensitive documents include those with social security numbers, birthdates or other personally identifiable information)
Prior to submission, please place your name and Student ID# on all documents. Be sure to sign & date all necessary documentation and forms. Failure to properly complete forms will result in a delayed processing. After submission, please allow up to 72 hours for your documentation to be received and processed.
Electronic Document Submission with Sensitive Information
MappingXpress, SAIC's partner for safe document uploads, has ended their service. At this time, the SFS office is working on bringing up a new system. If you have documents with sensitive information, please do not email or mail them. The new system is expected to be available the week of June 5, 2023. Please check back at that time. If you are in Chicago, you may choose to personally come into our office at 36 South Wabash, 12th Floor, to drop off or have us scan documents with personal information.
