Transcripts

SAIC has partnered with the National Student Clearinghouse to offer online transcript ordering services.

Grades will be posted approximately two weeks after the term ends. To include your grades on your transcript choose the "After Grades are Posted" processing option.

Degrees are awarded four to six weeks after the term ends. To include your degree on your transcript choose the "After Degree is Awarded" processing option.

$10 per transcript (no additional cost to US or Canada)
$25 per address for express service to US, Canada or Mexico
$35 per copy sent to other international addresses

Payment will be accepted with any major credit card or debit card. Your credit or debit card is not charged until the school sends your transcript(s).

Three business days for electronic processing; five business days for print version, if there is no hold on your record. Delivery timeframe is based on the method selected. Requests are not processed when the School is closed. 

Please have the following information ready when requesting a transcript:

• Name you attended school under (married students, please include your former name)
• Dates of attendance
• Birthdate
• Social Security number (optional)
• Student ID number
• Number of copies you need
• Addresses where the copies will be sent
