SAIC's student-run newspaper F Newsmagazine took home the 2018 Magazine Pacemaker award as well as several individual awards in the Pacemaker Pinnacle contest. 

A new gallery space Space p11, directed by Associate Professor and Director of Architecture, Interior Architecture and Designed Objects Jonathan Solomon and David L. Hays, associate professor of Landscape Architecture at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, will bring artistic design and performance to Chicago's Pedway.
