Summer Housing

Living at SAIC for Summer 2020

The opening of the Summer 2020 Housing Application has been delayed. We are waiting on the Institutional Decision regarding summer housing for Summer 2020, which is expected to happen by June 1.

If you were approved to stay on campus following the March 22 campus closure and are needing to stay on campus after June 7, please contact stulife@saic.edu for further instruction.

Summer Housing For Interns

If you are looking for Summer Intern Housing for non-SAIC students, visit our Summer Housing for Interns page. Due to how COVID-19 has impacted our campus, SAIC will not be able to offer intern housing this summer.  We will not be processing leases this month as we will be unable to offer any intern a space during the summer of 2020. We recognize that this is unexpected, however, we appreciate your understanding as we navigate the constant change that COVID-19 has caused.

Degree-seeking SAIC Students:

Secure your space at SAIC for Summer 2020 in two easy steps:

Complete the online Summer Housing Application (available in early April 2020). The application contains an electronic contract which you must accept. Make sure that you click all the way through to the "Finish" button on the last step!

Pay your $150 housing prepayment. For detailed instructions on submitting the prepayment on-line with a credit card, see below. Instructions can also be found on the application. You can also pay by check or money order. No cash payments will be accepted.
