Sean Buckelew

Sean Buckelew has won a 2019 Guggenheim Fellowship.

Zoe Sua Cho

Zoe Sua Cho co-produced and edited House of Hummingbird. The film won awards at the Berlin Film FestivalBusan International Film Festival and The Istanbul Film Festival. It will appear next at the Tribeca Film Festival.

Steffani Jemison

Steffani Jemison will participate in the 2019 Whitney Biennial.

Kevin B. Lee

Kevin B. Lee, in collaboration with Chloé Galibert-Laine, wrote an essay for Filmmaker Magazine on desktop documentary. They were also commissioned to create a new video essay on re-enactments by the Rotterdam Film Festival.

Alfredo Salazar-Caro

Alfredo Salazar-Caro's VR documentary project, Dreams of the Jaguar’s Daughter, will premiere at the Tribeca Film Festival.

Jennifer Reeder

Jennifer Reeder will be showing her new film, Knives and Skin, at the Tribeca Film Festival. The film premiered at the Berlin Film Festival.

Shengze Zhu

Shengze Zhu premiered her film, Present.Perfect, at the Rotterdam International Film Festival where it won the Tiger Award, the festival’s top prize. Since then, her film has shown extensively on the festival circuit, including screenings at the prestigious Cinéma du RéelNew Directors/New Films at the Film Society of the Lincoln Center, and as the closing film at the Frames of Representation at ICA. The film has been reviewed and discussed in Art ForumCinema ScopeSight and Sound and The New Yorker.
