Visiting Artists Series
The Painting and Drawing department's Visiting Artist Series delivers lectures and conversations by influential artists, critics, and scholars to the SAIC community. Visitors in the Painting and Drawing department’s Visiting Artist Series also meet individually with Painting and Drawing graduate students. The program is run by two elected graduate students who oversee the visits and select visitors.
Graduate Noontime Lectures
The Painting and Drawing department's Graduate Noontime Lectures deliver lectures by second-year Painting and Drawing Master of Fine Arts candidates to the SAIC community. The lecture is a requirement for their degree.
Graduate Noontime Lectures are held on select Wednesdays and Thursdays from 12:15 to 1:00 p.m. in the 280 Building, room 319.
