I suggest having access to all tutorials on one pages instead of multiple pages. I can make an accordion or table of content item for each persona.

I would suggest the "experiencing a problem" language and contact info go beneath the accordions, or as an item in the table of contents. (If the contact info is the same for all three personas.) I would not create a separate Contact page. But, we could put the appropriate contact information in the left sidebar of each Navigate page/subpage.
