Summer Housing for Interns Update
SAIC has the lowest price of any private studio in the Loop!

Rent is due the day you arrive for the remainder of that month. For subsequent months, rent is due on the 1st of the month for the weeks you will be living at SAIC in that month* (i.e., if your internship ends on July 22, you owe three weeks rent on July 1). SAIC requires a $500 nonrefundable prepayment to reserve your space. The prepayment is applied to your last month's rent.
*Minimum stay is 8 weeks.
Interns can move in on Sundays between noon - 4pm, and can move out on Sundays between 9:00am - noon.
The weekly billing cycle begins at 12:00 p.m. every Sunday. If you move out after 12:00 p.m. Sunday, you will be charged for the entire week.
Extended Amenities
Extended amenities packages* have all your household needs. Save time packing and moving by allowing us to provide the essentials. Our extended amenities package includes the following items:
- Eating supplies (plates, bowls, cups, eating utensils)
- Cooking supplies (pots, pans cooking utensils)
- Coffee maker
- Ironing board with iron
