Caring for Your Health
The Wellness Center will continue to provide services–support for students and faculty/staff consultation about student support matters–remotely, via video and/or telephone and will also be offering masked, in-person appointments. Additionally, below you can find a list of resources for mental and emotional health issues, telehealth services, and anti-racism.

- AHP Live Care: Free Telehealth (including psychotherapy and psychiatry) for SAIC students with the SAIC Student Health Insurance Plan. Available to students with other insurance plans, but there may be a cost based on those individual plans. AHP Live Care User Guide.
- AHP Student Assistance Program: 24/7 number: A FREE Student Support Service that can help with Crisis Assessment/Intervention and Referrals. Call: (855) 850-4301 or text “hello” to 61295 to for immediate and crisis support.
- MyLifeMatters.com is the website for AHP SAP. The password for the website is AHP1. International students can collect call the SAP for “telephonic” sessions at 262.574.2509. International list of MyLifeMatters.com Crisis Hotlines.
- AHP Academic Emergency Services (AES): This group provides a wide range of services and benefits to prepare for your international experience, including referrals to local providers and access to prescriptions. They can also help facilitate international travel for medical emergencies, and international referrals for physical health and mental health treatment.
