We are here to help! SAIC is committed to fostering a community of artists and scholars built upon respect for others and personal well-being. Many staff members in the Office of Student Affairs are available to assist students with a wide-range of issues and concerns that might arise during their time at SAIC. These issues include mental and physical health challenges, conflicts with others, and adhering to community standards. Additionally, we host programs for first-generation students to provide a holistic engagement experience for students who are the first in the family to attend college.
We support students by working with them individually, providing 24-hour crisis services, and promoting a culture of well-being on campus. Though many staff members take responsibility for these initiatives, the Office of Student Support and Conflict Resolution also has dedicated staff working to support students.
