Application Portal Instructions

Your SAIC applicant portal is a one-stop shop for you to check the status of your application and to submit any missing supplemental materials. Please note that it may take 5-7 business days for your portal to reflect submissions.

Step 1: Activate Your Account

In order to access your account, you’ll need to activate your ARTIC account by visiting Please note that you will need your SAIC Applicant ID (included in your welcome email from SAIC after you submitted your application) and Date of Birth to complete this process. ​Your login is automatically assigned, but you will create your own password. Passwords must be alphanumeric and at least 6 characters. 
*You will need to complete this step on a desktop web browser, the activation does not work on a mobile/tablet browser.

Step 2: View Your Application

Once you have activated your account, visit to view the status of your application. If you need help activating your account, contact CRIT, our Technical Support specialists, at 312.345.3535 or
