Associate Professor, Adj. Giovanni Aloi co-edited Posthumanism in Art and Science: A Reader, an anthology of statements and artworks that provide an unprecedented mapping of posthumanism’s development in a global context. 

Assistant Professor Eva Marxen gave a talk titled “Art Psychotherapy: Illuminating Latin American Identity” at Gallery Nawwa in Mexico City.

Professor James McManus’s article “Hiking Acadia with the ghosts of my grandfathers” was published in the Boston Globe

Associate Professor William J. O’Brien’s work will be featured in the exhibition YAKIMONO at Taka Ishii Gallery in Tokyo from October 12 to November 7.

Professor and Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Jefferson Pinder’s exhibition Jefferson Pinder: Selections from the Inertia Cycle, 2003–2014 is open at the Western Carolina University Fine Art Museum until October 22.

Executive Director of Corporate, Foundation, and Civic Relations Cheryl Russell was selected as a recipient of the Illinois Art Education Association’s Awards Committee’s Distinguished Service to Art Education from Outside the Field award. 

Professor, Adj. Mary Lou Zelazny is curating the exhibition The Center Will Hold for Glow Exhibitions. The show will feature work by Associate Professor, Adj. Richard Deutsch.
