Alum and Faculty Member Aram Han Sifuentes Named 2022 Joyce Awards Recipient

Alum and Associate Professor, Adj. Aram Han Sifuentes (MFA 2013) was recently announced as a winner of one of the 2022 Joyce Awards. Each year, the Joyce Foundation selects five inspiring new projects by trailblazing artists of color that engage diverse communities across the Great Lakes. This year, each partnership will receive $75,000 to produce and present their project. Sifuentes is partnering with the HANA Center and will lead storytelling and design workshops surrounding the history of traditional Korean NongGi protest banners.
