Alum Talia Chetrit Tapped to Photograph Loewe’s New Era
As reported in Artsy, School of the Art Institute of Chicago alum Talia Chetrit (BFA 2004) has been selected to photograph the inaugural campaign under renowned brand Loewe’s incoming creative directors Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez. Chetrit has exhibited internationally in Milan, Düsseldorf, and New York. For the Spring/Summer 2026 women’s teaser campaign, Chetrit photographed a series of closely framed poolside portraits that foreground presence and physicality. Positioned as an opening gesture for the Spanish luxury fashion house’s new creative direction, the project introduces a more intimate visual tone through closely framed portraits of emerging actors including Lewis Gribben (Blade Runner 2099), Isla Johnston (Baz Luhrmann’s forthcoming Joan of Arc), and Eva Victor (A24’s Sorry, Baby). Chetrit is based in New York and recently photographed Lorde for the musician’s latest single “What Was That.”
