The submission of a New Course Proposal form is required in order for a new course to be considered and ultimately scheduled. The form requests information which fleshes out the concepts of the course and places it into a complete curricular context. The form is structured in such a way as to help faculty understand the parameters inherent in setting up a new course and designed to connect them to staff who can help them realize their vision.
New Course Proposal forms should be filled out and shared as digital documents. To begin a Proposal, you are strongly recommended to download the fillable .pdf file to your computer, save it there, fill out the form, save again, and then email the saved file to your Chair for their review, input, and digital signature.
Chairs should email their signed digital copy to the SAIC Registrar at saic.registrar@saic.edu.
