International Student Services delivers advising to the School of the Art Institute of Chicago's (SAIC) international students on issues ranging from immigration regulations to resources available to meet their academic, financial, and personal goals. Advising begins at the time students are admitted to SAIC and continues until they graduate or complete their Optional Practical Training or Academic Training. In addition to comprehensive fall and spring international orientations, programming, and workshops are offered weekly to educate students on their immigration responsibilities and to serve as opportunities to enhance their community experience at SAIC.
