Continuing Studies

Adult Programs

If you are a student enrolled in an Adult Program, you must submit a photo along with the ARTICard contract. You will receive an email one month before your class begins with a personalized link to submit your photo. The photo should be a color photo of your head and shoulders against a plain, white background (like a passport photo). We cannot accept photos with colored backgrounds or objects in the background. Please do not use photo effects or wear hats or sunglasses in the photo.

Students enrolled in all online classes do not need an ARTICard. An ARTICard will be issued during any future semester in which the student enrolls in an on-campus class.

If you already have an ARTICard from a previous session, check its expiration date. If your card has expired, bring it to the ARTICard office and exchange it for a new one. The cost to replace a lost ARTICard is $15.

The ARTICard office has the following extended hours to accommodate students during the first week of Continuing Studies sessions. Please remember you must make an appointment to visit the ARTICard office.

Saturday, February 4 - 8:30am - 2:30pm
Sunday, February 5 - 9:30am - 2:30pm
Monday, February 6 - 8:30am - 6:00pm
Tuesday, February 7 - 8:30am - 6:00pm
Wednesday, February 8 - 8:30am - 6:00pm
Thursday, February 9 - 8:30am - 6:00pm
