CS Tuition Remission Registration Forms
All new Continuing Studies Tuition Remission requests must be submitted for review and signature through the Jira Tuition Remission Form. The Jira platform will replace the paper Tuition Remission request form for anyone submitting the form across the museum, central administration, and school. All current employees already have Jira accounts and the credentials are the same as your ARTIC SSO credentials (artic gmail). If you are offsite, you must connect to VPN to access the Jira Tuition Remission Form.
Step One
Log into the Jira Tuition Remission Form using your ARTIC SSO credentials (artic gmail). You must be logged into VPN if you are offsite. Fill in the fields. Some questions are dynamic based on your responses. All fields are required unless noted as optional. Under the "Will Register for:" section, be sure to select Continuing Studies.
Step Two
Attach a completed required registration form (found below) to your Jira request. Do not email your registration forms to the CS Enrollment Team, they must be attached to your Jira request. Please note, you will need to submit one Jira request per student you are registering each semester.
Adult Continuing Education Non-Credit Registration Form

Early College Program On-Campus Summer Institute (Ages 15-18) Registration Form
Early College Program (Ages 14-18) Registration Form
Middle School Program (Ages 10-13) Registration Form
Family Camp (Ages 4+ with Adult) Registration Form
Children's Multi-Arts Camps (Ages 6-9) Registration Form
Step Three
Select "Create" at the bottom of the form to submit it for review.
Step Four
The Continuing Studies Enrollment Team will contact you via a Jira comment four weeks out from the start date of the course to let you know if there is space for us to move the enrollment forward. If there is no space at that time, we will contact you via a Jira comment to find an alternative course.
