Room Rates
SAIC has the lowest price of any private studio in the Loop!
Below are rates for Summer 2013.

Rent is due the day you arrive for the remainder of that month. For subsequent months, rent is due on the 1st of the month for the weeks you will be living at SAIC in that month (i.e. if your internship ends on July 22nd, you owe three weeks rent on July 1st). SAIC does not require a housing deposit.
Extended Amenities Packs
Extended Amenities Packs* have all your household needs! Save yourself a lot of time, packing, and moving and let us provide these essentials. Our extended amenities package includes:
- Television
- Eating Supplies (plates, bowls, cups, eating utensils)
- Cooking Supplies (pots, pans cooking utensils)
- Coffee Maker
- Ironing board with iron
* Only a limited number of Extended Amenities packages are available. These are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you request a package and none are available, our office will contact you with this information. In addition, your lease agreement will reflect whether or not extended amenities have been assigned to you.
