SAIC has professionals who are trained to receive reports of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence, and/or stalking and provide assistance. Reports can be made in person to the individuals listed below or electronically. The following resources are dedicated to maintaining your privacy, but cannot maintain confidentiality. Learn about the difference.

Making an Electronic Report

This form is for reporting acts of discrimination based on gender, sexual harassment, sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence or stalking.

You may self-identify or report anonymously on this form: Submit a Title IX Complaint for sexual misconduct/harassment or for a complaint regarding discrimination, harassment, or retaliation for participating in a complaint
