Bio
Ricardo is a Ph.D. candidate in twentieth-century Latin American History. He is currently finishing his doctoral dissertation at Yale and has returned to the graduate program from leave of absence following the birth of his son in September of 2018. Ricardo received a B.A. in History from the University of Chicago and an M.A. from Yale in the same field. Ricardo’s academic interests include the history of revolutions and upheavals, international relations, nationalism, religion, and race relations as they pertain to Latin America and the Caribbean region.
