SAIC Hosts 25th Annual Holiday Art Sale November 22–23 [1]
The city’s best, one-stop opportunity to purchase unique holiday gifts returns as the School of the Art Institute of Chicago (SAIC) proudly hosts the 25th-annual Holiday Art Sale on Friday, November 22, and Saturday, November 23, in the historic SAIC Ballroom downtown (112 South Michigan Avenue). The immense talent and creativity of more than 120 SAIC students is on display at this sale, which offers exquisite, one-of-a-kind gifts such as sculpture, knitwear, photographs, ceramics, paintings, prints and drawings, jewelry, fashion accessories, handmade paper designs, and more. Prices of works for sale range from $1 to $1,000 and up. All proceeds support participating students and future SAIC Campus Life programs.

The Evening Associates of the Art Institute of Chicago will host a special Holiday Art Sale Preview Party Thursday, November 21, from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. Tickets to the event—which includes refreshments along with the first chance to purchase sale items—are $60 per person, $50 for Evening Associates and SAIC Alumni, and $25 for SAIC faculty and staff.
