Three SAIC students, Jin Lee, Caley Buck, and Leasho Johnson, have been selected as finalists for this year’s AXA Art Prize competition. Dean of Graduate Studies and Professor of Painting and Drawing Arnold Kemp was a regional juror for the competition as well. The students' artwork will be exhibited nationally from California at the San Francisco Art Institute from September 6–October 6, to Chicago at Richard Gray Gallery from October 24–30, and concluding in New York at the New York Academy of Art from November 18–22.
