Eric Hotchkiss, lecturer in the Architecture, Interior Architecture, and Designed Objects department, and SAIC students are featured in Block Club Chicago. In the article, students of Hotchkiss designed renderings and a diorama of the Douglas 18, a minigolf course opening by summer 2020. Their works are on display at Space p11 gallery. Revitalizing the previously abandoned minigolf course was an task initiated by Haman Cross III, an instructor in the Continuing Studies program. In the article, Hotchkiss notes that the redesigned golf course in Douglas Park was directly the efforts of students. The exhibition is on view at Space p11 through January 17.
