The Windy City Times has featured the School of the Art Institute of Chicago’s (SAIC) Gene Siskel Film Center and Cortadito, its Panorama Latinx short film showcase which will screen on Saturday, September 22. “The films are all by Chicago-based Latinx filmmakers representing the Latin American diaspora through the countries Argentina, Colombia, Cuba, Mexico, Puerto Rico, and Venezuela in a variety of genres and formats, including documentaries, fictional narratives, and experimental work,” reports the Windy City Times.
