Hailing Liu (b.1997, Shenzhen) is a mixed-media artist based in Chicago. She is mainly working on video compositions and installation. By combining raw, found footage and virtual images, she always plays with meanings of cultural surfaces and explores how they are changing and constructed in our living world in humorous, dark and absurd ways.
Peixuan Ouyang (b. 1996) is an artist primarily working with experimental nonfiction videos. Peixuan Ouyang is interested in how images infiltrate and mediate everyday life. Many of Peixuan Ouyang’s projects focus on monumentality, globalization, and the absurdity of living.
