The John M. Flaxman Library is seeking artists/writers for our Visual Poetry Contest!
Utilizing our collections, we welcome all currently enrolled undergraduate and graduate level School of the Art Institute of Chicago (SAIC) students to submit! Work can be on any topic and must incorporate/include the use of a visual found within the Flaxman library’s collection, such as a diagram, map, chart, or photograph found in one of our books or picture files. Be sure to provide attribution for the source material used! 3 winners will receive a gift valued at $25.00 and the publication of their work on the library's website.
