Bio:
Someone wrote that there are four stages to zen. Sabi is loneliness in the sense of Buddhist detachment, of seeing all things happening by themselves in miraculous spontaneity. Wabi is the recognition of very ordinary things and objects, especially when gloom of the future has checked our ambitiousness. Aware is the moment of crisis between seeing the transience of the world with sorrow and regret, and seeing it as the very form of the Great Void. Yugen is mystery, a kind of mystery.
