Gan Uyeda (MAHA 14), is Partner at François Ghebaly contemporary art gallery in Los Angeles. Gan will narrate his career moves since graduating from the Dual-Degree in Modern and Contemporary Art History and Arts Administration and Policy. We will engage an important topic that has yet to have been discussed in this year's Alumni Series: how does one embark upon a career in the art market, and in what ways are galleries and art fairs linked with other dimensions of the art world such as criticism, curatorial practice, museums and academia?
