Katie Wood

Katie Wood is an interdisciplinary artist working in sound, performance and visual media. Her composed soundscapes reflect intuitive and historical relationships between people and landscape manifested in sound. Spoken and sung text appear alongside phonographic field recordings and analog synthesis in soundscape compositions and performances that explore themes of space, place, landscape, and permutations of nature. Dann Disciglio

Dan Disciglio creates art that works with and against his own notions of how things function in the world. By transforming, reframing, and disassembling material - Disciglio seeks to produce metaphor, resonance, allusion, and affect. It is through these assemblages of effects and materials that he attempts to make his audience come to see the world differently according to the artwork itself. He finds his work most successful when it causes his audience to think and feel at once. Some materials he works with are: sound, plants, molds, and electronics.
