Bio

Leah Ke Yi Zheng 柯顗 was born and grew up in China. She attended Xiamen University, Ewha Womans University and is currently a second year PTDW MFA candidate at SAIC. She uses visual systems as metaphor to explore how different systems can coexist and work harmoniously, how meaning was perceived, how boundary is to be drawn and how one characterize one or the other. Ke Yi’s work is included in the upcoming UCLA biennial at the New Wight Gallery in Los Angeles.
