The LeRoy Neiman Center opened in 2012 as the hub of SAIC's campus community.
Created through a generous gift from alums LeRoy and Janet Byrne Neiman (SAIC 1946–50), the LeRoy Neiman Center opened in 2012 as the school’s first campus center, bringing the SAIC community together in unprecedented ways and extending the campus into the urban fabric of Chicago.

Numerous exhibitions, lectures, receptions, and events take place throughout the LeRoy Neiman Center, such as the annual Data Viz Collaborative exhibition.
