Internal Email Broadcast Requests
General Broadcast Requests to the Community
Please see the SAIC/AIC Broadcast Email Policy and Procedure for general email broadcast request information. Please allow a two-to-three day lead time for any broadcast email request.
Faculty and Staff Accomplishments eNews Submissions
Faculy and staff, please submit your accomplishment information via the Portal's Accomomplishment Submission form on the "Accomplishment Submission" tab.

Please submit your SAIC sponsored event, happening, announcement or call for artwork/proposals call request to onlineupdates@saic-media.net.
Please note: Requests need to be received no later than the Wednesday prior to the desired Monday send. Any submsson sent after Wednesday cannot be guaranteed to be included in the send.
Public Email Requests
Whenever possible all public email newsletters, blast, etc. will be branded to reflect the sponsoring department's communications materials.
