(depart the US on May 27) *Note: Dates and itinerary subject to change

Itinerary:
Paris & Antwerp

This specialized 3 week fashion/art study trip to Paris includes a weekend side trip to Antwerp to see the influential fashion show of the Royal Academy of Fine Art. During these 3 intensive weeks, students will be given an insider’s look at the cutting edge fashion world as well as established, internationally-acclaimed Parisian designers. We will also explore the vibrant contemporary art, theater, and performance scene in Paris as well as the long-standing temples of art and design.

The program, led by Bambi Breakstone and Anke Loh, will include lectures and tours given by Parisian artists, press agents, designers, and locals who make Paris the center of the world’s avant-garde fashion scene. Students will experience the extraordinary Parisian architecture, taste some of world renowned French cuisine, and visit Versailles, “Les Puces” flea market, Le Pompidou, Palais de Tokyo, Le Musee du Louvre, Le Musée de la Mode et du Costume, and the newest jewel of fashion museums, Le Cite de la Mode et Design. Every day in Paris is an extraordinary feast for the senses.
