Didn't Receive the Oracle Login Page?
Allow Popup Windows in your Browser
Go to your Firefox or other web browser and choose the Firefox drop down menu
Select Preferences
Choose the Content tab at the top of the page
Uncheck the top option: Block pop-up windows
Using the Safari browser?
A current portal bug exists when using the Safari browser. This mainly involves the Courses and Email portal applications. Please use the Firefox web browser instead.

Received a Session Expired message?
Clear Cookies in your Browser
Go to your Firefox or other web browser and choose the Firefox drop down menu
Select Preferences
Choose the Privacy tab at the top of the page
Select the Show Cookies button
Select the Remove All Cookies button
Log out of the Portal and Login again
Login to Self-Service
Clear the Cache
Every web browser stores web pages, images, cookies, and other downloaded content on the computer. This is called the browser's cache. Clearing it occasionally or regularly can protect your privacy and free up some space in your computer. Since every browser is different, the above helpful page will outline the steps involved in clearing the cache for several popular web browsers.
