I am actively working on two projects. Breathing Above the Treeline is a narrative short I wrote, directed and produced based on a true story in Chicago. It is about Serena, a recent convert to Buddhism, who tries to convince a new acquaintance going through a brutal divorce that god exists. The film is currently in post-production. In addition I am developing Turtle, a narrative short concerning shamanism, spirit animals and VR. I have expertise in narrative structure, story design, story architecture, three-act structure, character development, dialogue and archetype.
