I teach humanities-based global art history survey, film studies, and performance art history. My work in film, video, sound, and performance is often in collaboration with local and national artists and is usually created under a pseudonym. I have been credited under four different names in the last two years alone.
For the past four years I have collaborated with the cult performance group Conclusionary Practices, co-founded by director Kelly Lesniak, for which my primary role is that of High Priestess.
In 2012 I started living what I call "Inside/Outside." This has involved walking over 2,500 miles around Chicago, public mourning, and the collection of footage for forthcoming videos, among other things.
Recent influences and topics of interest include: René Girard, Julian Jaynes, Law & Order Special Victims Unit, grief, and where autogynephilia and gynemimetophilia meet.
