The Illinois Arts Council Agency recently announced the 2014 recipients of its Artists Fellowship Program, which "recognizes exceptional Illinois artists by providing awards to support continued artistic growth." In recognition of their work and commitment to the arts, these artists have each been awarded $15,000.
