President Massey to Introduce Student Exhibition at Ideas Week
On October 11, SAIC President Water Massey will participate in Exploring the Universe from the Bottom of the World—an affiliate event of Chicago Ideas Week 2012. Massey will introduce the exhibit 100 Years of Exploration @ the South Pole: From Survival to Science—a collaborative project between SAIC and the University of Chicago's Kavli Institute for Cosmological Physics shown at the USA Science and Engineering Festival and the World Science Festival. The exhibit was produced last spring by SAIC students in a studio course taught by AIADO Adjunct Professor Bo Rodda (MFA 2010).
