Faculty in the “Spotlight”
Lincolnwood Review, a Chicago Sun-Times publication, highlighted SAIC faculty member Nina Weiss in its October 31 feature “Spotlight: People to Watch.” Announcing an opening of Weiss’s artwork at her Highland Park studio on November 9, writer Myrna Petlicki mentions the artist’s inclusion in the recently published book, 100 Artists of the Midwest, and in “Art in Hand” playing cards. “Aspiring artists who attend the event can register early for Weiss’ always filled art classes,” adds Petlicki.
