U.S. Student Fulbright Fellowships are awarded by the U.S. Department of State for one year of study or research abroad. Seniors and graduate students, who are U.S. citizens, are eligible to apply.

The application process is extensive and takes several months to complete. It begins in May each year and applications are due the third week of September. SAIC Fulbright Program Advisor, Nancy Gildart (ngildart@saic.edu) manages all aspects of the process: advising applicants on their proposals, managing submission of application materials, and convening the campus interview sessions.
