Adult Programs

Students enrolled in adult Continuing Studies programs can stop by the ARTICard office during business hours to pick up their ARTICard. It only takes a few minutes to take your picture, sign the contract, and print your card. You must present a government-issued photo ID or passport to pick up your ARTICard.

If you already have an ARTICard from a previous session, check its expiration date. If your card has expired, bring it to the ARTICard office and exchange it for a new one. The cost to replace a lost ARTICard is $15.

The ARTICard office has extended weekday hours and is open on the weekend during the first week of Continuing Studies sessions. Return to this page for more information.

High School Programs

If you are an Early College Program student, you can email us a color photo of your head and shoulders against a plain white background (like a passport photo) along with the ARTICard contract. We cannot accept photos with colored backgrounds or objects in the background. Please do not use photo effects or wear hats or sunglasses in the photo. Email your photo to articard@saic.edu; we will not accept photos sent via mail.

The contract contains important information on using your ARTICard and what to do if it is lost or stolen. We MUST have a signed copy of your contract on file before we can activate your meal plan or ARTICash accounts. If you filled out a contract for us when attending a previous program, you may skip this step.

Read through the contract with your parent or guardian, sign it, and keep a copy for your records. Then scan and email the signed contract to the ARTICard office at articard@saic.edu, or mail it to:
