High School Programs: Important Dates and Deadlines
Registration and Financial Aid Process Opens:
Wednesday, January 4, 2017
Students may register online, by fax, in person, or by mail. For detailed steps on how to register, please go to the Forms and Downloads area and review "ECP Summer Institute Registration Instructions".
Registrations are not considered complete until all required materials have been received; incomplete registrations will not be processed. Students interested in applying for financial aid and/or merit scholarships must submit all required materials plus completed registration at the same time. A $100 nonrefundable tuition deposit is required regardless of the method of registration.
There is no registration deadline for domestic students, however, spaces are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis, and therefore early registration is encouraged.
International Student Registration Deadline:
EXTENDED to March 27, 2017
To allow appropriate time to process visas, international students must register by To Be Determined.
Merit Scholarship Deadline:
EXTENDED to March 27, 2017
All students are eligible to apply for merit scholarship. Registration and merit scholarship applications must be submitted at the same time and are accepted and processed as space and funds allow. After this deadline, SAIC cannot guarantee funding will be available.
Financial Aid Deadline:
Friday, April 14, 2017
Registration and financial aid applications must be submitted at the same time and are accepted and processed as space and funds allow. After this deadline, financial aid will be reviewed on a case-by case basis—SAIC cannot guarantee funding will be available after this date.
Note: Financial aid is available to US residents only. International students may apply for a merit scholarship.

Continuing Studies accepts checks, credit cards (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa), and money orders. If paying by check or money order, please make payable to SAIC and include the student’s name, ID number (if available), and term (i.e., summer 2017). Students that have not paid in full by this date will be dropped from their course(s). If you would like to enroll in a course after this date, registration is accepted with payment in full as space allows.
Cancellations and Schedule Changes
Continuing Studies reserves the right to cancel or alter the fees, schedule, or staffing of courses when circumstances warrant. If a cancellation or change is necessary, students will be notified prior to the first class, and students enrolled in canceled courses will have the option of taking another class or receiving a full refund.
Note: Courses with low enrollment may be canceled, thus early registration is encouraged.
