New to the School, and just want to take a summer course? You'll find that staying in our state-of-the-art residence hall is easy and convenient. With costs far below hotel rates, you can reside in our residence facility located right in the heart of downtown Chicago—a short train ride or walk from everything you will need during your stay. Each spacious room includes a full kitchen and bathroom.
Join our degree students, plus students and artists from abroad, and work with our faculty in a variety of options. Select from a variety of 3 or 6-week courses in technology, art history, fine arts, design, and more. Our School provides you the faculty, the exposure to contemporary thought, and the studio resources to immerse yourself in your work all day, night, and weekends. Sparked by the vitality of the city, the level of student work, challenging instructors and inspiring visiting artists, you'll work harder than ever before in an environment second to none.
