SAIC faculty members are the driving force behind the conceptualization, development, and running of SAIC Study Trips. Those interested in the possibility of developing and leading a study trip should review the following resources:

The Proposal Process for faculty-led study trips is a two-part process. Part 1 of the proposal is due September 15 for all 2016 winter and summer trips.

Approval and Next Steps

Faculty are notified regarding decisions on their initial proposals by October 15. Once Part 1 has been approved by the
Dean's Selection Committee, you have six weeks to develop and submit Part 2.
