Lucille Tenazas is the Henry Wolf Professor of Communication Design at Parsons The New School for Design, and is also the founder and principal of Tenazas Design. Her clients have included the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art (SFMOMA), Stanford University Art Museum, San Francisco International Airport, National Endowment for the Arts, Rizzoli International, and Neue Galerie Museum for German and Austrian Art. Tenazas's work has been featured in many publications and exhibitions, including a 2003 retrospective of her work from the permanent collection of the SFMOMA.
