PTDW Visiting Artist: Robert Feintuch

Robert Feintuch lives and works in New York. He studied at Cooper Union (B.F.A. 1974) and Yale University (M.F.A. 1977). Since 1985, Feintuch's paintings have been shown in solo and group exhibitions at galleries and museums internationally, including the Sonnabend Gallery (New York), Akira Ikeda Gallery (Berlin), CRG Gallery (New York), Studio La Città (Verona), The Peggy Guggenheim Foundation (Venice), Ca' Pesaro Galleria Inernazionale d'Arte Moderna (Venice), The Rupertinum (Salzburg), Museum für modern zeitgenössische Kunst (Bolzano), and the Venice Biennale.

Feintuch has received fellowships from the Guggenheim, Bogliasco Foundation, Rockefeller Foundation, Leube Foundation, and the National Endowment for the Arts.
