Examining the Spiritual

Cassandra Davis will discuss her explorations into her Pentecostal history and the journey to finding the self within what life has given us. Her current work examines the spiritual experience, exploring cloth as shroud and sanctuary. Themes of the erotic, spiritual ecstasy and transformation emerge from an interdisciplinary practice that engages photography, video and installation.
